A HOST of activities from storytelling to dance activities and craft workshops comes to Jaywick's Martello Tower over Easter.
This Saturday sees a range of attractions as the Essex Book Festival comes to the venue.
There will be storytelling, beachcombing for words, tower tales, a festival peace wall and bunting workshop.
The festival finale gives people the chance to dance the night away with traditional French and Breton four-piece band Bof, who have played in folk clubs and festivals across England and France.
Storyteller Jan Williams is at the tower on April 2 at 2pm, reading from her new book Essex Folk Tales for Children.
Local artist Alison Stockmarr shows young people how to make flags and bunting at a special workshop on April 3 at 10am.
And Nicola Burrell is building and decorating mini beach huts using cardboard on April 10, from 10am.
