(Tillingham Road, Tillingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 295m east of its junction with Rushes Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th June 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CN17W012JUNEA4ATD01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole removal works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Reddings Lane, St Lawrence Road, St Lawrence Hill, Southminster Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(West Bowers Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of West Bowers Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 500m north west of its junction with Stivvys Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th June 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1W000DANBURY-ES01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while chamber cover works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Bassetts Lane, Little Baddow Road, Stivvys Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths



of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/ leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lea Lane, Great Braxted and Lea Lane, Little Braxted in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Old School Lane to both of its junctions with Braxted Park Road, a distance of approximately 2000m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2019 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275039A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Lea Lane, Witham Road, Kelvedon Road, Heath Lane, Beacon Hill, Mountains Road, Colchester Road, Maldon Road, Braxted Park Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Creeksea Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Creeksea Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 165m east of its junction with Ferry Road, for a distance of approximately 100m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CN17W010JUNEA4ACL10 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead BT structure works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Ferry Road, Creeksea Lane, B1010, Maldon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
