Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)(Consolidation) (Amendment No.61) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given
Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To revoke no waiting at any time and replace with no waiting/no loading at any time on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring
9. To introduce disabled badge holders only on the following length of road in the District of Tendring

Road Description
Garden Road- From a point 9.6 metres south from the north Walton-on-the- facing boundary wall of 1-8 Homelands Court Naze for a distance of 23.3 metres south
10. To introduce limited waiting 2 hours no return within 1 hour on the following length of road in the District of Tendring

Road
Description
Garden Road- From a point level with the north facing Walton-on-the- boundary wall of Homelands Free Church for Naze a distance of 9.2 metres south west
11. To introduce no waiting at any time on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring

Road Description
Marlowe Road- North side 58.0 metres north west from its Clacton on Sea junction with Jaywick Lane
South side 28.8 metres north west from its junction with Jaywick Lane
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM190 162 to revision 4, TM160 185 to revision 2, TM145 142 to revision 1, TM240 210 to revision 4, TM235 210 to revision 5, TM155 157 to revision 5, TM160 157 to revision 2, TM160 155 to revision 2, TM150 137 to revision 2, TM175 222 to revision 2, TM195 162 to revision 3, TM190 162 to revision 4 & TM235 307 to revision 3 and inserting tile number TM145 140 .
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 01 June 2018.

A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose Richard Walker, North Essex Parking Partnership Group Manager Rowan House 33 Sheepen Road Colchester CO3 3WG

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Hamford Park) Walton-on-the-Naze in the District of Tendring:
Road Description
Ambrose Way From its junction with Nancy Blackett Avenue Walton-on-the- to its junction with Arthur Ransome Way Naze (entire length).
Arthur Ransome From a point approximately 15 metres north Way Walton-on- west of its roundabout junction with the the-Naze unnamed road to new food store off Arthur
Ransome Way generally northwards for its remaining length (includes existing length of
20MPH).

'The Essex County Council (Arthur Ransome Way, Walton-on-the-Naze) (20mph Zone) Order 2017' is hereby revoked, the restrictions contained within the aforementioned order shall continue in force by virtue of this order.

Preston Road- North west side from a point 12.4 metres north Holland on Sea east of the junction with Kings Avenue for a distance of 8.1 metres north east and 25.5 metres north east of the junction with Kings Avenue for a distance of 10.0 metres north east
'The Essex County Council (Arthur Ransome Way, Walton-on-the-Naze) (20mph Zone) Order 2017' is hereby revoked, the restrictions contained within the aforementioned order shall continue in force by virtue of this order.
