Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications: Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building The Friary Carmelite Way Maldon - Residential redevelopment for 28 dwellings comprising conversion of listed building to 7 apartments, demolition of unsympathetic 1960s extension and replacement with 2 townhouses, construction of new build development within the grounds to the south comprising 19 apartments, hard and soft landscaping and associated parking and infrastructure. Variation to enable 10 permitted units to be linked. Ref No:18/00414/FUL Land South Of Wycke Hill And Limebrook Way Maldon - Application for infrastructure works, including; foul and surface water drainage, provision of highways, proposed site levels and associated works.
