(Footpath 62, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 62, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 100 metres south east. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd April 2018 for 4 weeks or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repair works are undertaken to the north side of No 76 Church Street and boundary wall. The alternative route will be via Church Street, Albert Place, Albert Gardens, Footpath 62 and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd April 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 12th April 2018

(Stevens Lane, Felsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stevens Lane, Felsted in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 85m northwest of its junction with Frenchs Green Road for a distance of approximately 33m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th May 2018 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000684849 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.
An alternative route is available via Rayne Road, Frenches Green Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Howe Street, Finchingfield & Duck End, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Finchingfield Road, Finchingfield and Duck Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree from the junction with Little London Hill to the junction with The Green, a distance of approximately 600m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2018 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC005MU1WSEP00IBQLPLRD19 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via The Green, Brent Hall Road, Sampford Road, Hawkins Hill, Finchingfield Road, Hill Road, Moor End Road, High Street, Anso Road, Bumpstead Road, Hempstead Road, Water Lane, North Street, Haverhill Road, Chapel Street, Eggshell Lane, Cornish Hall End, Little London Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 5th April 2018 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water main works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
