(Footpath 27, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Further to a notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 10th August 2017 and 31st August 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: to temporarily close Footpath 27, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, the south eastern end between the boundary fencing on either side of the railway which is at the northern end of public footpaths 28 & 42 (from Chapel Croft to the railway boundary and Frating Road and Morrow Lane to the railway boundary). The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st September 2017 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to insufficient sighting of approaching trains.

The Order will come into effect on 21st September 2017

and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works

are completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rush Green Road, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rush Green Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with The Green for a distance of approximately 20 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM53776410 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing manhole cover and frame in carriageway works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Rush Green Road, Tyler Avenue, Bluehouse Avenue, Jaywick Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Turner Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Turner Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 54m south of its junction with Wryneck Close, for a distance of approximately 20m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid

permit (AD037SM53809097 - Anglian Water). The

scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway manhole replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Turner Road, Northern Approach Road, Mill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wilsons Lane, Marks Tey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wilsons Lane, Marks Tey in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 160m southeast of its junction with Mandeville Road, for a distance of approximately 29m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000626712 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas service works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Godmans Lane, Keable Road, Mandeville Road, Wilsons Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Victoria Esplanade, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Esplanade, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Fairhaven Avenue to its junction with Seaview Avenue, a distance of approximately 83m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2232134 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Victoria Esplanade, Fairhaven Avenue, East Road, Seaview Avenue and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 28th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ponders Road, Fordham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ponders Road, Fordham in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Halstead Road to its junction with Church Road, a distance of approximately 1694m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2231753 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sign installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Ponders Road, Halstead Road, Ford Street, Fordstreet Hill, Wood Lane, Porters Cottages, Fiddlers Hill, Mill Road, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crouch Street West, Colchester) (Temporary Clearway) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce, a 'No Stopping' restriction of both sides of the carriageway of Crouch Street West, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Rawstorn Road in a westerly direction to its end, a distance of approximately 65m. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2017 for 36 days or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153032776 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while paving works are undertaken by Essex County Council. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" and "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) Order 2014 will be temporarily amended to include the 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The Order will come into effect on 28th September and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chapel Lane, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Lane, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Chapel Road, to its junction with Bourne Road, a distance of approximately 555m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th October 2017 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (NK100/

SCLDPL/COLCAA03L - Virgin Media). The scheduled

dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while install new duct works are undertaken by Virgin Media.

An alternative route is available via Bourne Road, Queens Road, Chapel Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 14th September 2017
