Notice of Variation given under sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of On-Street Parking Permit Charges in the Tendring District Area The Essex County Council (Tendring) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 Part 3 and Schedule 1
Notice is hereby given that the Colchester Borough Council as the lead authority for The North Essex Parking Partnership, itself acting as agents for the highway authority Essex County Council, intends, not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice, to vary the above Order relating to fees and charges under Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. It is intended that the changes will take place on 3rd April 2017. The variation will have the effect of changing the tariff of fees for On-Street Parking, Exemptions and Permits - all other fees and charges in the Order will continue at their existing tariffs. (Heath Road, Mistley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Heath Road, Mistley in the Tendring District, from it's junction with Windmill Road to it's junction with Harwich Road for a distance or appoximately 180 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates ma76341y vary for these works (EC30034763354 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while moving power cables work are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Steam Mill Road, Heath Road, Cansey Lane, The Street, Station Road, Ship Hill, Brickmans Hill, Jenkins Hill, Harwich Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Freshfields Road Roundabout, Harwich) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Freshfields Road Roundabout, Harwich in the Tendring District, for a distance approximately 14 m on the south side. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th March 2017 for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201ECC4245 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of sculpture works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Parkeston Bypass, St Nicholas Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th March 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated 10th March 2017
