(Footpath 28, Beaumont-cum-Moze) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 28, Beaumont-cum-Moze in the District of Tending, from its junction with Quay Lane, southeast for approximately 125 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/09/2021 to 23/11/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce in order to facilitate vegetation clearance works on the tidal embankment that protects properties and facilities from flood risk are undertaken. Access will be maintained by going to the east end of Quay Lane then following the informal path southeast then south west until it joins adjacent onto Footpath 28. The Order will come into effect on 21/09/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bergholt Road, Fordham & Fordham Road, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bergholt Road, Fordham & Fordham Road, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Rams Farm Road to the junction with Coney Byes Lane a distance of approximately 1850m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2319588 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boarded Barn Road, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 370m south of its junction with Jankes Green Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30013794627 - UK Power Networks). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brightlingsea Road, Wivenhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 100m in an easterly direction. (Church Lane, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road/The Parade, Walton on the Naze in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Walton Road to the junction with Old Pier Street a distance of approximately 595m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314842 - Essex County Council). Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Halstead Road, Kirby Cross in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Frinton Road (roundabout) for a distance of approximately 220m in a north easterly direction. 1. To temporarily close that length of Grove Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 15m east of its junction wtih Heycroft Lane for a distance of approximately 300m in a north easterly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Barbrook Lane, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a north westerly direction.
