(Ashfield Farm Road, Ulting) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ashfield Farm Road, Ulting in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Ulting Hall Road for a distance of approximately 300m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBLF1D8L001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Ashfield Farm Road, Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting Road, The Green, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Causeway, Ulting & Hoe Mill Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Causeway, Ulting & Hoe Mill Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 450m south east of the junction with Langford Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2021 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20169585403-03 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ground investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Causeway, Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting Road, The Green, Maldon Road, Hatfield Road, Langford Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Heybridge Approach, Pond Roundabout, Maldon Bypass, Spital Road Roundabout, Spital Road, Wycke Hill, Wycke Hill Business Park, Limebrook Roundabout, Limebrook Way, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Chelmsford Road, London Road, Old London Road, Herbage Park Road, Church Hill, The Street, Rectory Road, Hoe Mill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Downs Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Downs Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 190m north west of its junction with Chelmer Terrace for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001060605 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Downs Road, North Street, High Street, Butt Lane, victoria Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hackmans Lane, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hackmans Lane, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m south west of its junction with Birchwood Road for a distance of approximately 21 Om in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30012365760 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Birchwood Road, Hackmans Lane, Marlpits Road, Burnham Road, Chelmsford Road, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road, Stow Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rectory Lane, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 225m south of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a south then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBHW654G001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Rectory Lane, Maldon Road, Oak Comer, Burnham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Ship Road, Bumham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 55m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Orchard Road to its junction with High Street as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Various Roads, Burnham on Crouch) (One-Way) Traffic Order 1996 for the duration of the above closure only for access. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC325CE-SHIP17 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Riverside Road, Orchard Road, Ship Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tom Tit Lane, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tom Tit Lane, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maldon Road to its junction with Bryants Lane a distance of approximately 350m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30033435074 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Old London Road, London Road, Maldon Road, Chelmsford Road, Oak Corner and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road/The Street/Sawyers Road, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of School Road/The Street, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 305m south east of its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 380m in a south easterly then south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Sawyers Road, Little Totham in the District of Maldon from its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 65m in a north easterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 11th July 2021 for 1 day followed by 18th July 2021 for 1 day and again 25th July 2021 for 1 day (3x Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (BC00807JULEA5CWB85 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via The Street, Witham Road, Beckingham Street, Mill Lane, School Road, The Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tillingham Road, Tillingham/Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham/ Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 345m west of the junction with Redding Lane for a distance of approximately 970m in a westerly then southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20686902/1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Green Lane, Foxhall Road, Highlands Hill, Burnham Road - B1018, Burnham Road, Steeple Road, Mayland Garage, Maldon Road, Jeagor Farm, Gospel Corner, Chapel Corner, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, West Of Black House Farm, North Street, The Square, South Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
