Notice under Article 15 Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council Is seeking planning permission for Development of a detached single storey teaching block, sports hall and covered link with associated works, without compliance with Conditions 2 (approved details), 4 (preliminary ecological appraisal), 10 (landscape scheme) and 12 (Arboricultural details) attached to planning permission ref CC/TEN/111/20 to allow additional tree removal to facilitate an altered construction access route, additional compensatory planting and access for emergency vehicles, with the submission of details to accordingly update and discharge conditions 3 (cricket wicket design), 5 (biodiversity enhancement strategy), 6 (lighting), 7 (written scheme of investigation), 8 (programme of archaeological investigation), 10 (landscape scheme), 13 (construction management plan), 15 (surface water drainage scheme) and 16 (scheme to minimise offsite flooding), at Clacton County High School, Walton Road, Clacton On Sea, CO15 6DZ - CC/TEN/35/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Adopted Tendring District Local Plan, (2007), the Adopted Tendring District Local Plan 2013-2033 and Beyond Section 1 (January 2021) and the emerging Tendring District Local Plan 2013-2033 and Beyond Draft Plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.15) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bays on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring:

Road Description
Manor Road, Harwich NORTH-EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the common boundary of property No. 9 & 11 Manor Road, north-westwards for approx. 5.0 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM240 310 revision 1 to 2
Manor Road, Harwich NORTH-EAST SIDE: From the southern boundary of property No. 17 Manor Road, north-westwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM245 310 revision 0 to 1
London Road, Clacton SOUTH-WEST SIDE: From the western boundary of property No. 41 London Road, south-eastwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM170157 revision 0 to 1
2. To revoke a 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay, to reinstate a corresponding section of Permit Parking Area WH1' (aka Permit Holders Only) on the following length of road in the District of Tendring:

Road Description
Watson Road, Clacton NORTH-WEST SIDE: From the common boundary of property No. 5A & 7 Watson Road, south-westwards for approx. 6.6 metres.
Substitute Tile ref: TM170150 revision 2 to 3

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM170157, TM245 310 revision (rev) 0 to rev 1, TM240 310 rev 1 to rev 2, TM170150 rev 2 to rev 3.
