Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Mr Lee Jason Bond, late of 19 Mornington Avenue, Rochford, Essex SS4 1DW who died on 15th January 2014 are required to send written particulars to Ms Rebecca Sparks of Dovetail, Manor Court, Telegraph Street, St Day, Redruth, Cornwall TR16 5LY on or before the 12th November 2014, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
