(Footpath 30, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 30, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 100 metres east of its junction with Footpath 12, Tollesbury, south east and then north east for a total distance of approximately 1750 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/09/2020 to 15/01/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works are required to repair the tidal embankment.
The Order will come into effect on 28/09/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence at 23:59 2nd October 2020 - 06:00 5th October 2020 (continuous) followed by 23:59 5th October 2020 - 06:00 9th October 2020 (overnight only) then 23:59 9th October 2020 - 06:00 12th October 2020 (continuous), 23:5912th October 2020 - 06:0016th October 2020 (overnight only) 23:5916th October 2020 -06:0019th October 2020 (continuous), 23:5919th October 2020 - 06:00 23rd October 2020 (overnight works only) and Anally 23:59 24th October 2020 - 06:00 26th October 2020 (continuous) or where stated on a valid permit (KL731COC-58-02-021020SM -Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track renewal works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via St Osyth Road, Wivenhoe Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Colchester Road, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003044 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial hole investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Colchester Road, Chapel Road, Station Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBKCJT8L02 - ST). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carrying out survey of cutting tree works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Park Wood Lane, School Road, The Green, The Street, Plains Road, Office Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2020 for 5 nights and then again on the 20th November 2020 for 6 nights (20:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004462 - M Anderson Construction Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road widening and markings works are undertaken by M Anderson Construction Ltd. An alternative route is available via Oak Comer, Bumham Road, Chelmsford Road, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way, Limebrook Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
