(Gainsford Gardens, Holland on Sea) (20mph Zone) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on Gainsford Gardens, Holland on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Gainsford Avenue, for its entire length including any turning heads.

(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.3) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following roads, Clacton-on-Sea in the District of Tendring:
Little Ravens Way/ Hartley Brook Road/ T Grove Roundabout : For the entire length of the outer kerb line of the roundabout.
Little Ravens Way : BOTH SIDES: From its junction with the A133 Little Clacton Bypass roundabout, to its junction with the T Grove/Hartley Brook Road roundabout.
T Grove :  BOTH SIDES: From its junction with the Little Ravens Way/Hartley Brook Road roundabout, north west for a distance of approximately 64 metres.
SOUTH WEST SIDE:
i. From the northern kerb line with Road 4, north west for approximately 63 metres.
ii. From the northern kerb line with Road 6, north west for approximately 25 metres.
NORTH EAST SIDE:
i. From the northern kerb line with Road 5, north west for approximately 13 metres.
ii. From a point approximately 30 metres north west from the northern kerb line with Road 5, north west for approximately 42 metres.
iii. From the northern kerb line with Road 7, north west for approximately 18 metres.
Hartley Brook Road : SOUTH EAST SIDE:
i. From its junction with the T Grove/Little Ravens Way roundabout, south west for approximately 48 metres.
ii. From the southern kerb line of Road 3, south west for approximately 10 metres.
iii. From a point approximately 27 metres south west from the southern kerb line with Road 3, south west then west for approximately 131 metres.
NORTH WEST SIDE:
i. From its junction with the T Grove/Little Ravens Way roundabout, south west for approximately 92 metres.
ii. From the southern kerb line with Road 2, south west for approximately 75 metres.
iii. From the western kerb line with Road 1, west for approximately 21 metres.
Road 1 : BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Hartley Brook Road, north west for approximately 15 metres.
Road 2 : BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Hartley Brook Road, north west for approximately 6 metres.
Road 3 :  BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Hartley Brook Road, south east for approximately 7 metres.
Road 4  :BOTH SIDES: From its junction with T Grove, south west for approximately 11 metres.
Road 5 : BOTH SIDES: From its junction with T Grove, north east for approximately 11 metres.
Road 6 : BOTH SIDES: From its junction with T Grove, south west for approximately 6 metres.
Road : 7 BOTH SIDES: From its junction with T Grove, north east for approximately 12 metres.
As part of the scheme ‘No Stopping except buses’ will be introduced on the following roads,
Clacton-on-Sea in the District of Tendring: 1) T Grove, NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 13 metres north west from the northern kerb line with Road 5, north west for approximately 17 metres. 2) Hartley Brook Road, SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 10 metres south west from the southern kerb line of Road 3, south west for approximately 17 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil
Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM165 170 and TM165 172 revision 0 to revision 1.

of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
