Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any time' and 'No Loading at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of roads, Frinton and Walton in the District of Tendring:
Road
Description
Access Road to Shopping Centre Car Park
WEST SIDE: - From its junction with Luff Way, south for approximately 5.9 metres.
Luff Way
SOUTH SIDE: - From the western extended kerb line of the access road to the Shopping Centre Car Park, south west to the eastern extended kerb line of access road to the Community Centre.
Access Road to Community Centre 
EAST SIDE: - From its junction with Luff Way, south for approximately 1.6 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (District of Tendring) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TM235 210 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2020.

A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is notwithin the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
