(Rectory Road, Little Oakley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Little Oakley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 25m south of its junction with Oakridge for a distance of approximately 70m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/12/19 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000868305 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while domestic service works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, The Soils, Sparrows Corner, Harwich Road, Clacton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Victoria Crescent, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Crescent, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Station Road to its other junction with Station Road, a distance of approximately 150m.The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/12/19 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2285604 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Station Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
