(Old London Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old London Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon from a point approximately 100m east of its junction with Oak Farm Road for a distance of approximately 440m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2273674 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Spital Road Roundabout, Limebrook Way, London Road, Old London Road, Wycke Hill, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Fambridge Road, Chelmsford Road, Spital Road, Limebrook Roundabout, Wycke Hill Business Park, Maldon Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2019 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO55814423 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Church Street, Elysian Gardens and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
