(Footpath 29, St Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

(Footpath 29, St Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 29, St Osyth in the District of Tendring, from property No.49 Promenade Way to property No.59 Promenade Way, a distance of approximately 100 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 8 July 2019 to 19 July 2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works are undertaken by the Environment Agency to prevent flooding to properties on Promenade Way. The alternative route will be via Footpath 25, St Osyth.
The Order will come into effect on 8 July 2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) and 22(c) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester:
Road
Description
Abbeyfield View (Both junctions), Colchester
From its junction with Circular Road South, south for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
Berechurch Road, Colchester
From its junction with Circular Road South, north east for a distance of approximately 80 metres to its junction with Circular Road East.
Circular Road East, Colchester
i. From its junction with Berechurch Road, north for a distance  of approximately 272 metres.
ii. From its junction with Circular Road North/Flagstaff Road/Napier Road, south east for a distance of approximately 196 metres.
Circular Road North, Colchester
From its junction with Napier road & Flagstaff Road, west for  a distance of approximately 705 metres to its junction with Circular Road West.
Circular Road South, Colchester
From its junction with Berechurch Road, west for a distance of approximately 677 metres to its junction with Circular Road West.
Circular Road West, Colchester
i. From its junction with Circular Road North, north for a  distance of approximately 205 metres to its junctions with Butt Road.
ii. From its junction with Butt road, south for a distance of approximately 520 metres to its junction with Circular Road South.
Goojerat Road, Colchester
From its junction with Circular road west, west for a distance of approximately 195 metres to its junction with Kensington Road.
Richmond Road, Colchester
From its junction with Circular Road West, west for a distance of approximately 50 metres
Stable Road, Colchester
From its junction with Circular Road North, north west for a  distance of approximately 70 metres.
Ypres Road, Colchester
From its junction with Circular Road South, south for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the event. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The temporary stopping restrictions are scheduled to commence 8am on 28 June 2019 to 8pm on 29 June 2019 and the closures are scheduled to commence on 29 June 2019 between the hours of 6am to 8pm and are required for public safety while the 16 Air assault brigade and Colchester Garrison Show 2019 takes place. The Order will come into effect 28 June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Weeley Heath) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Weeley Heath in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 120m west of its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Langham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 115m south of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 85m in a southeasterly direction.
