HOOK Sallie Elizabeth (née Hubbard) Our beautiful caring Wife, Mum & Grandma passed away peacefully on 25th February 2019 in St Helena Hospice, after a courageous battle bravely fought with great dignity. So sorely missed, eternally loved & forever in our hearts... Ken, Pip, Lisa, James & all the Grandchildren xxxxx Service to be held in St Michael's Church, Thorpe- le-Soken on Friday 22nd March at 11am. Family flowers only. Donations in Sallie's memory to St Helena Hospice c/o Lesley Barlow Clacton Funeral Service.
