Police appeal for witnesses after Beach Road attack

A MAN was left with his jaw fractured in two places after an assault in Clacton.

The local man, 44, was punched and fell to the ground outside the Frandon Hotel in Beach Road at about 10.15pm on Friday, March 2.

He was also left with a bruised left eye.

Police have appealed for witnesses and are keen to speak to a group of men and possibly one woman seen in the area at the time.

One man was wearing a white top and dark coloured coat, while another wore a dark coloured hooded top.

No doubt Tendring council will wheel out another out of touch councillor, to tell us how Clacton is a safe place to live?
