LET’S get one thing straight with the 'super surgery' debate in Holland and now Kirby, Frinton and Walton. This diktat that we the residents of these fair places will have a 'super surgery' regardless if you want one, is from the government. Not the doctors, not the county or local councillors or even the PCT. But from that lot that live on another planet.

Who will pay for it ? The government oh no, not them, nor the NHS, but your doctors. They have to find the money to finace it, to run it and what help will they get? None, may be at election time the odd empty promise but that is it. Who will claim all the glory? That's right, the government.
