Five Big Brother housemates are due to face eviction from the show.
Halfwit and Marcus were nominated by their fellow contestants to face the public vote.
They will join Charlie, Dogface and Kris, who Big Brother put up for eviction after the trio broke the rules this week by discussing nominations.
It is the fifth time aspiring politician Halfwit, whose real name is Freddie, has been put forward to face the public vote.
The 24-year-old entrepreneur from Market Drayton, Shropshire, who legally changed his name to win housemate status earlier in the show, received seven nominations, while Marcus, 35, got five.
Complaints were made this week after Marcus, a window-fitter from London, mimicked the accent of Indian student Sree, who was evicted from the house last Friday.
Marcus also received a formal warning for his use of threatening language during a later argument with Sree last Thursday.
Big Brother told him in the diary room that this could have caused offence to housemates and the public and reminded him of the rules about the use of language in the house.
A Channel 4 spokesman said: "Threatening language and behaviour are not acceptable in the Big Brother house.
"Big Brother monitors the welfare, language and behaviour of housemates at all times and will continue to monitor this situation."
