COLCHESTER Swimming Club's Masters were competing at the Norfolk Masters meet at the UEA Norwich.
The event was the first long course meet of year and attracted swimmers from all over the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and the London boroughs.
Taking part for Colchester were Rob Milburn, Damian Navarrete, Simon Emm and Katie Holmes.
There were lots of good results for the team, with many personal best times achieved.
Emm was one of the stand out performers, with seven gold medals, winning the 200 metre butterfly overall, coming third in the 100m butterfly, and breaking three regional records in the process.
Also notable was Milburn with four golds and one silver medal, taking the 200m breaststroke overall and coming third in the 200m individual medley.
