CLACTON athlete Aaron Bollu is celebrating Masters success.
The 39-year-old enjoyed victory in both the long jump and triple jump, at the recent Masters Championships, in Lee Valley.
It ranked him number one in the south of England.
Bollu also competed in the 60 metres, where a quick time of 7.89 seconds gained him a ranking of third in the east of England and sixth in the south of England.
Colchester and Tendring Athletics Club member Bollu followed it up by winning a British Masters silver medal in the triple jump, when competing at the British Championships, also at Lee Valley.
Masters athletics is for those aged 35 and over and former Colbayns High School pupil Bollu said: "I'm very proud of my British medal.
"It's something I've trained very hard for."
