RISING star Jenson Edwards has had his talent recognised by county and regional selectors.
The Clacton Cannons under-11s player, a pupil at St Osyth Primary School, has been been picked to represent Essex.
And in a further boost, he has been chosen for the final selection for the East Of England squad.
Cannons coach Dan Tight said: "Jenson has made himself, his family and his basketball family very proud."
