TENDRING Volleyball Club's ladies eased to a 3-0 victory at Lincoln Cannons, in the National Cup.
They prevailed 25-12, 25-7, 25-10.
After another long journey, the girls were looking to continue their winning streak while also gaining some momentum in the cup.
They played a good division three team that scrapped well and put some pressure on with their service and hustling ability.
However, solid receptions from Holly Merrifield, Sarah Edwards and Laura Hodgkinson stopped Lincoln gaining momentum with their serve.
It also helped Molly Van Essen and her distribution was good, allowing the girls to start to increase the tempo and speed of offence.
Overall, it was a very good all-round, solid performance from Tendring.
A good mental approach to the game allowed them to reach the end of the sets quickly, winning 3-0.
