NICK Tedder-Ward has been crowned as the new club champion at Clacton.
He was a worthy winner of the prestigious Club Championship, organised by Michael Goodwin and Dave Gilbert.
Other winners on the day were Paul Pidgeon (bronze two, for handicaps of 19 to 28), Bob Davidson (bronze one, for handicaps of 12 to 18), Liam Clarke (silver division, for handicaps of seven to 12) and Billy Leonard (gold division, for handicaps of 0 to seven).
The course was in great condition and the greens played as well as ever.
