BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent’s under-14 girls (pictured) are on the lookout for new players as they prepare for 11-a-side football.
The team have just completed their fifth season and stayed in the A division of the Essex Girls’ League.
Currently playing nine-a-side, they move up to 11-a-side next term and need two or three more experienced players to ensure they remain competitive.
Regent are a friendly club who like to win, but developing skills in a happy environment is their main priority.
They compete against teams mainly from the south of the county and next season they are looking forward to facing the likes of West Ham and Leyton Orient.
Training resumes in a few weeks and the club look forward to meeting any girls currently in school years eight or nine who may wish to consider joining.
