FC CLACTON manager David Coyle has no regrets about returning to the club – and remains adamant he can steer them to safety.
The Seasiders suffered their seventh straight Thurlow Nunn League defeat after going down 1-0 at Mildenall Town on Saturday.
It has left them with a mountain to climb in terms of retaining their premier division status, as they are third from bottom and five points from safety.
However, Coyle has faith both in his players and his own ability to revive the club’s fortunes.
When asked if he had any second thoughts about rejoining the Seasiders – having guided the club to a promotion and cup double during his first spell – he said: “Definitely not."
