FC CLACTON manager Glenn Eldridge hopes the bulk of last season’s squad will have re-signed for the club by the end of this week.
A dozen players put their signatures to Thurlow Nunn League registration forms at training on Monday night.
Another six to eight are expected to follow suit tonight.
Among those to have already signed are last season’s top scorer Aaron Condon, having rejected approaches from both Stanway Rovers and Ryman League Brentwood.
