FC CLACTON defender Lee Clowsley wants his side to finish the season as they started it – with plenty of success.
The Seasiders had many highlights during the opening weeks of the campaign, reaching the second qualifying round of the FA Cup, beating Stanway Rovers and also winning at Ely.
Now Clowsley, who scored the consolation goal in last week’s 2-1 defeat at CRC, wants his team to finish with a flourish – starting with three points in Saturday’s Thurlow Nunn League premier division match at home to Brantham Athletic.
“We want to get out of this dogfight as soon as possible, so we can enjoy the rest of the season,” said Clowsley, 20.
