Late own goal condemns Seasiders to Essex County Cup defeat

FC Clacton suffered disappointment last night after being knocked out of the Essex Senior Cup by Barking.
An own goal five minutes from time condemned them to a 1-0 defeat, in the second-round tie at the Rush Green Bowl.
Ryan Hart and Jake Clowsley both hit the woodwork for the unfortunate hosts, before the latter was sent off for two bookable offences.
Clacton will now hope to get back on track when they welcome Diss Town to the Rush Green Bowl on Saturday.
