Taylor hoping for a positive reaction at Mildenhall

FC CLACTON boss Andy Taylor is demanding a positive reaction when his struggling side head to Mildenhall on Saturday.

The Seasiders are still hunting their first win of the Thurlow Nunn League premier division season and were left licking their wounds after last weekend’s 4-0 defeat at home to Dereham. All the goals came in the first half and two were own goals (see page 62).

“To be four-down after half an hour was a bit embarrassing on our part,” said Taylor.

“But now we need to sharpen up and react positively.

“We need to put points on the board and it doesn’t matter how they come."
