Regent lose on penalties and miss out on Seasiders tie

Brightlingsea Regent suffered heartache tonight after bowing out of the Essex Senior Cup at Barking.

James Webster's side lost 5-3 on penalties, after the match finished 3-3 after 90 minutes.

Had they won, Regent would have set up a second-round tie against Tendring neighbours FC Clacton.
