Regent drawn at home to new Essex rivals in League Cup

New Thurlow Nunn League division one rivals Brightlingsea Regent and Braintree Town Reserves have been drawn against each other in next season's League Cup.
The pair will meet in a preliminary-round tie at North Road, with the winners going on to visit Long Melford.
Braintree's reserve side were formally elected into division one during the Eastern Counties League annual general meeting, held at Diss Town on Saturday.
