Links Karate Kai trio Emily Appleby, Emily Griffiths and Chris Harris won medals at the Swedish Open, in Malmo.
In a high-class competition featuring entries from many countries, they were chosen to be part of the England Midlands Regional Team.
Appleby beat fellow Regional and Full England opposition on her way to the final, where she was edged out for a well-earned silver medal.
Griffiths was left with only one opponent to fight but went down in the final for another silver.
Harris also fought Regional and Full England opposition to reach the final, but was beaten by a single point to make it three silver medals for the Links fighters.
The trio all train at Links classes in Clacton, Great Holland, Wix and Dovercourt.
