Clacton’s Steve Tandy enjoyed a hat-trick of wins in the latest National SuperRods event at Arena Essex.
He held on for a hard-fought victory in the first race and then took advantage of a collision between two rivals in the second.
He managed to take the lead and hold on to it for the remaining two laps.
In the final, Tandy took the lead in the third lap and managed to cross the line first.
