Brightlingsea Regent will be without star man Ricky Griggs for tomorrow’s trip to Ipswich Wanderers.
The Ridgeons League division one have won their last three matches and are targeting a strong finish to the season.
But in addition to Griggs, they will also be without Darryl Wallis (knee) Sam Mansfield (shoulder) for their trip across the Suffolk border.
“Ricky has failed to recover from a neck injury that saw him withdrawn at half-time during last Friday’s win at Cornard,” said Regent boss James Webster.
“He will be a big loss because his performances in recent weeks have been outstanding.
“However, as I’ve always said, we have a strong squad and whoever I call on to replace the injured lads will come in and do just as good a job.
“Having won our last three league games, and with the majority of our remaining matches being at home, we’re hoping to finish the season strongly.”
