FC CLACTON are preparing for a crunch few days.

They face two key Ridgeons League division one fixtures in quick succession – both at the Rush Green Bowl.

Gorleston are the visitors on Saturday (kick-off 3pm) while Halstead Town provide the opposition on Tuesday (7.45pm). Both could go a long way to determining their promotion chances.

“It’s easily the biggest week in our season so far,” boss David Coyle told the Gazette.

“Gorleston and Halstead are both flying and those games could potentially be make-or-break.”
