FC Clacton have been drawn at home to London APSA in the extra preliminary round of next season’s FA Cup.
The Newham-based side will visit the Rush Green Bowl on August 15.
If Clacton win, they will entertain Hitchin in the preliminary round on August 29.
Then, if they come through that game, David Coyle’s side will go to Canvey Island in the first qualifying round on September 12.
Coyle told the Gazette: “It’s a decent draw and we’re happy to be at home.
“London APSA play at a slightly higher level than us so it should be pretty tight.
“Hopefully we can win, get some money in the bank and then look forward to playing Hitchin – a well-supported non-league side – in front of a decent crowd at the Bowl.”
Clacton returned to pre-season training on Tuesday night and among those in attendance was Steff Falla.
At the moment it is unknown whether the former Seasider will be joining for next season as he is also training with Witham Town.
Ashley Pereira will only be able to play on an ‘emergency’ basis next season due to increased work and university commitments.
Meanwhile, Clacton have announced details of another high-profile pre-season friendly.
They will entertain Colchester United’s reserves at the Bowl on Saturday, July 25.
