The league’s ‘come and try’ table tennis taster sessions begin on Wednesday, June 13 at St James' Hall, in Tower Road, Clacton.

They continue at 7.30pm every Wednesday evening during June, with the possibility of continuing throughout July.

Anyone, young or old, who would like to take up table tennis is welcome to attend one or all of the sessions.

All equipment is provided and everything is free.

The league's annual general meeting takes places on Tuesday, June 5 at 7.30pm at the Brotherhood Hall.

The presentation of trophies for the season will be made at the end of the meeting.
