TENDRING Volleyball Club have agreed a significant sponsorship deal that they believe will help them achieve success on and off the court.

The Frinton-based club have forged a partnership with business directory company Love To Shop Local.

Their branding will appear on the club's kit, as well as their website, live streams and social media platforms.

Tendring's women's team play in the elite Super 8s division while their men play in the National League.

"We're delighted to announce this significant sponsorship deal," said Tendring chairman Alex Porter.

"We'll be able to help each other grow, create awareness and strive for success on and off the court, both in the local area and further afield.

"Our National League women's and men's teams will benefit from a fantastic new kit and other clothing apparel and we're looking forward to helping Love To Shop Local build their brand by advertising on our kit, website, live streams and social media."

Love To Shop Local owner Edward Bell believes the deal will help showcase the best of the Tendring district.

"We're so very fortunate to have this club representing our district nationally and showcasing the very best of what Tendring has to offer," he said.

"This club has produced teams and players ranking in the top ten across the country and I strongly feel our local businesses should be doing more to support them.

"I look forward to watching the club go from strength to strength and it's a privilege to be part of their future."

Tendring are still looking for additional sponsors to help their women's team reach the top four in the country.
