THERE was a full field when Frinton Golf Club members and guests remembered the late, great Peter Kincaid.

Peter’s nominated charity was the RNLI and a cheque for £1,377 was presented to their representative, Mark Doogan, at the end of the event.

The day’s format was a Texas Scramble and the scores were very close.

The winning team was made up of Simon Martin-Redman, Danny Dix, Simon O’Brien and Murray Northover, coming in with a score of 60.6 nett.

Just above that in second place, with 60.8, were Iain Quick, Roger Attrill, Nigel Oakley and Dan Leno.

Third place went to John Oakford, Andy Benstead, Richard Lewis and Jason Nicholls, with 61.8.

The best ladies' team was Tracey Taylor, Loraine Motion, Sheila Attrill and Judy Taylor.
