THE Tendring District Summer Darts League celebrated their tenth season of running by hosting an Inter-League Challenge Match against the Maldon and District League.

The event took place at Clacton Railway Club, with ten pairs games taking place and 21 singles matches.

Tendring were dominant as they ran out 6-4 winners in the pairs and then followed it up with an emphatic 15-6 win in the singles games as Tendring won the Challenge Match 21-10.

A great day of darts was had in this unique match, both teams played the games in the right spirit and helped create a brilliant atmosphere.

Next summer Maldon will host Tendring in a return match.
