CANNONS 2006 have held more successful summer basketball camps.
Ninety children of all levels of ability took part.
There was a three-day camp for youngsters aged seven to 11.
It proved another popular event, with the budding players working hard to improve their individual skills while also having lots of fun.
Cannons also held a two-day camp for ages 12 to 16.
This saw lots of the players build on their fundamentals and start to learn more detailed game situations, which was put into practice with lots of competitive matches.
All in all it was a great week for the coaches and players.
Director and head coach Chris Tight said: "The sessions are timed to run the same as school and with the support of Clacton County High School's PE department, we are building them up consistently through every school holiday."
Cannons 2006 provide PE lessons to primary schools in Clacton, Harwich and Colchester.
