HOLLAND FC marched into the next round of the Essex Premier Cup after a 5-3 victory at home to Brentwood Town’s under-21s.
Dave Chapman netted twice in Saturday’s second-round contest and he was joined on the scoresheet by Steve Eaton, Steve Oldhamstead, Bruce Poole and Aaron Keaney.
Holland switch their attention back to the Essex and Suffolk Border League premier division on Saturday, when they visit White Notley.
They will be looking to extend their proud unbeaten record, as they have won five and drawn two of their seven matches so far.
Elsewhere, Ross Nash netted twice as WEELEY ATHLETIC won 2-1 at Ongar Town, in the second round of the Essex Premier Cup.
The Vista Road side switch their attention to another cup competition, the Border League Knockout Cup, this weekend for a first-round tie at University of Essex.
