GUNFLEET Sailing Club had another opportunity to get afloat and 13 boats took part in the race for the Bill Geddes Trophy.
Sailing in idyllic conditions of sunshine, blue skies, and a pleasant force three east/south-easterly breeze, the winner was John Tappenden, sailing in his Blaze.
He finished ahead of Ken Potts (RS 600) and Sonny Hart (Solution).
