FLAG have been crowned as this season’s Clacton and District Sunday League champions.

They finished top of the premier division.

Great Dynamos took the honours in division one.

Meanwhile, Sokretez ran out 4-0 winners against Crescent Rovers, in group one of the Premier League Cup.

Their goal-scorers were Michael Dance (two), Billy Wales and Harvey Cowler.

In group two, Flag beat Vikings 4-2.

Flag’s goal-scorers were Kalon Harms (two), Terry Rymer and Lee Newland.

In group one of the Division One League Cup, Pathfields pipped Great Clacton 1-0.

A very tight game with chances few and far between was settled in the second half.

Pathfields substitute Ryan Plant took a pass from Dan Meskall and fired into the top corner, after 70 minuts.

Great Clacton applied pressure in the last five minutes, but the visitors held on to reclaim top spot in their group.

In group two of the Division One League Cup, Coastal Rangers stormed to a 6-0 victory at Great Oakley.

Their goal-scorers were Reese Barnard (two), George Herrington (two), Billy Mitchell and Kyle Garrod.
