FC CLACTON boss David Coyle has reflected on the "unbelievable" goal that looked to have put his side in control at Wivenhoe Town.

Brother Kevin Coyle netted both of the Seasiders goals - with the second being an amazing 40-yarder.

It put them 2-1 up but Wivenhoe stormed back to win 3-2, in Tuesday's Thurlow Nunn League contest.

David Coyle gives his thoughts on the game in tomorrow's Clacton Gazette.

However, reflecting on brother Kevin's amazing strike, he said: "It was as good a goal as anyone in the ground will ever see.

"He was on the edge of the centre circle and hit it on the volley.

"It wasn't one of those goals that dropped over the keeper - it was still rising as it hit the back of the net.

"It was unbelievable and everyone was gob-smacked.

"There was a collective wow as the ball went in."
