THERE was plenty of festive fun at Frinton Golf Club.
The “Ins v the Outs” is an annual competition for the men’s and ladies’ sections.
The “Ins” are people living inside the famous Frinton gates.
In the ladies’ event, there was a small but friendly field.
The competition was close, but the “Ins” managed to win by a small margin.
The results of the men’s “Ins and Outs” will be available in next week’s Gazette.
On Boxing Day, the men competed in a ten-hole cross-country event in very cold but sunny conditions.
Paul Mutton was the winner, amassing 20 points.
Simon Jackson came second, with 19. Three men had 18 points, but Andy Hipkin was awarded third place on countback.
