MANAGER Glenn Eldridge believes he is creating “something special” at FC Clacton.
The Seasiders are riding on the crest of a wave after winning three matches in a row, plundering a dozen goals and conceding just once – from the penalty spot.
The latest of those victories came against Waltham Forest, in an Essex Senior Cup second-round tie at the Rush Green Bowl on Tuesday night.
Adam Daniels, Terry Rymer and Steve Downes scored their goals in a 3-0 success.
Afterwards Eldridge said: “I was proud of my squad.
“They showed great attitude and I feel we’re building something special.”
Clacton are away to Brantham Athletic on Saturday.
The Thurlow Nunn League premier division match kicks-off at 6pm.
